Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients:

Dressing

  • 80 g (3.5 oz) crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 190 mL (¾) cup of 35% Cream or Yogurt
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) Olive oil
  • 80 mL (1/3 cup) Cider Vinegar
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Lemon juice
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Garlic clove finely sliced
  • Salt and freshly ground Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Crush cheese in a bowl, using a fork.
  2. Add cream, lemon juice, drizzling in oil and vinegar while whipping.
  3. Add mustard and garlic.
  4. Whip and season to taste.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
