Italian Style Arugula Salad à la Guylaine

Ingredients

  • A bunch of Fresh Attitude Arugula
  • Good quality Olive Oil
  • Aged Balsamic vinegar
  • Roasted pine nuts
  • Grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • Lemon wedges

  

Préparation

  1. Put Arugula on a plate
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
  4. Add cheese shavings on top
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice to taste
  6. Enjoy
